Executive Director, Operations Lead

Role: Executive Director, Operations Lead overseeing clinical trial management for Madrigal's MASH-focused therapeutics, including Rezdiffra. Responsibilities: create and manage clinical trial processes from planning through close-out, lead and mentor clinical operations teams, oversee CRO selection and negotiations, ensure compliance with GxP, ICH-GCP, and regulatory standards, coordinate with biometrics and regulatory teams, and support regulatory submissions. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Pharmacy; advanced degree preferred; 10+ years in clinical operations with experience in strategic planning, multi-site and international trials, and regulatory filings (INDs, NDAs).
