Role: National Sales Director leading the field sales organization for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH), focusing on growth, market development, and compliance in a high-specialty rare disease market. Responsibilities: develop and execute business plans aligned with brand strategy, oversee launch readiness and lifecycle management, recruit and develop a high-performing, specialized sales team, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Market Access, and Medical. Manage budgets, ensure compliant activities, and leverage data for performance optimization, fostering a patient-centric and ethical culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business or Life Sciences; 10–12+ years in pharma/biotech sales and leadership, with at least 5 years leading national/regional teams; deep understanding of US healthcare, specialty markets, and rare disease commercialization, particularly in PAH. Preferred: experience in rare diseases, specialty markets, and product launches.
