Role: National Sales Director leading the field sales organization for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) within a rare disease segment. Primary objectives include driving sustainable growth, market development, and compliant execution through strategic leadership. Responsibilities: develop and implement national business plans aligned with brand and market insights; lead, recruit, and develop high-performing sales teams; manage product launch readiness and lifecycle strategies; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Sales Ops) to optimize customer engagement; promote omnichannel approaches; build relationships with healthcare stakeholders; and oversee operating budgets ensuring compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Business or Life Sciences required; 10–12+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales and leadership experience, including at least 5 years leading national or regional teams; deep understanding of US healthcare dynamics, specialty markets, and rare disease commercialization, ideally in PAH. Skills: strategic planning, team development, customer engagement, market analysis, and data-driven decision making. Travel up to 50%; remote work setup. High-value biopharma specifics include focus on specialty and rare disease markets, with an emphasis on PAH, high-growth commercialization, and multi-stakeholder engagement.
