Executive Director, Multiple Myeloma Pipeline Lead

Role: Lead the clinical development strategy for Legend Biotech's Multiple Myeloma pipeline, overseeing early and late-stage studies, including first-in-human, dose-escalation, and registration-enabling trials. Responsibilities: provide scientific and medical leadership, develop integrated development plans, support IND submissions, and drive pipeline prioritization and differentiation through novel targets and combinations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, evidence generation, and strategic decision-making, while engaging with external stakeholders such as investigators and regulatory authorities. Requirements: MD or MD-PhD with board certification in hematology or oncology; at least 6 years of industry or academic experience, with substantial expertise in multiple myeloma clinical development, including relapsed/refractory and earlier treatment settings. Experience in cellular/immunotherapy platforms (e.g., CAR-T), and contribution to IND/regulatory processes is highly desirable.
