The Executive Director for US Medical Affairs leads the translation of global strategies into US country-level goals. This role is responsible for creating and executing the overall therapeutic aligned US strategy and Country-Medical Affairs Plans (CMAP).
It also involves managing the Strategic Scientific Engagement Plan for the US, including tactical execution by field teams, and overseeing Integrated Field Medical Plans to achieve medical priorities.
The position requires leading US/Global strategic therapeutic area needs and managing US field medical strategy and execution.
