Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of future-oriented strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth, market leadership, and long-term franchise profitability.
- Shape the Repatha vision in the evolving lipid-management ecosystem (earlier intensification, quality measure evolution, preventive cardiology pathways).
- Drive growth across ASCVD, familial hypercholesterolemia, statin-intolerant, diabetes, and other high-risk cardiometabolic segments by accelerating patient identification, treatment intensification, and appropriate PCSK9 adoption.
- Develop and execute integrated brand strategies (positioning, messaging, omnichannel engagement, forecasting, lifecycle planning, market access, healthcare economics).
- Lead breakthrough multichannel campaigns and next-gen customer engagement leveraging AI, advanced analytics, personalization, and digital technologies.
- Partner cross-functionally (Market Access, Medical Affairs, R&D, Digital, Data & Analytics, Commercial Excellence) to strengthen evidence generation, expand access, and identify engagement models.
- Collaborate with U.S. and global leadership on franchise strategy and long-term priorities.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization.
- Ensure commercial strategies and operations comply with applicable regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
- Travel ~25% (some overnight/weekend).

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate + 6 years marketing OR Masterโ€™s + 10 years OR Bachelorโ€™s + 12 years; and 6 years managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams/projects/programs/directing resource allocation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years in commercial roles of increasing scope/complexity (bio-pharma/health & wellness).
- Experience with innovative commercial strategies in competitive markets.
- Consumer/healthcare provider marketing with discovery of customer insights and integrated multi-touch execution.
- Knowledge of U.S. market access, pricing, and reimbursement.
- Matrix cross-functional leadership experience.
- Cardiovascular therapeutic area preferred.
