Responsibilities:
- Lead development of a cross-functional Global Brand Strategy for Brelovitug (market development, disease education, brand/launch plan, and tactical plans) to meet/exceed corporate objectives
- Shape and communicate the brand’s value proposition, key messaging, and positioning across geographies
- Coordinate integrated launch/brand execution with commercial, regulatory, medical affairs, and R&D teams
- Develop and execute global launch strategies and US operational plans to ensure optimal market access and successful introduction
- Lead cross-functional market assessment, competitive intelligence, and business planning
- Partner with regional leadership to identify initial launch markets and create tailored strategies for market needs and regulations
- Coordinate global market preparation activities (training, market research, stakeholder engagement)
- Lead the Global Launch Readiness process
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, Commercial Operations, and Regulatory Affairs to execute the global brand strategy
- Provide commercial insights to product teams to optimize performance across the product life-cycle
- Drive alignment across geographies while ensuring consistency and adaptability of the brand plan
- Build relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders
- Ensure pricing, market access, and reimbursement strategies align with launch and market preparation
- Create and implement communication strategies to raise awareness and understanding in the medical community
- Develop the marketing budget; allocate resources to key marketing/launch initiatives
- Monitor KPIs, evaluate brand initiative success, and make adjustments as needed
- Lead market research and competitive intelligence; recommend brand strategy adjustments based on market dynamics/feedback
- Ensure brand activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to brand activities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred
- 10–15+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry focused on global brand management, product launch, and market preparation
- Launch experience
- Rare/ultra-rare, patient-centric commercial experience desired; liver experience a plus
- Market development experience in un-commercialized markets (including patient identification) a plus
- Strong knowledge of drug development and commercialization (regulatory, medical, market access)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Deep understanding of global healthcare systems, market access strategies, and reimbursement models

Compensation:
- Salary range: $320,000 to $350,000 USD (base salary only unless otherwise provided). Compensation determined by skill set, years of experience, and geographic location.
