Role: Lifecycle Leader (LCL) responsible for shaping and executing the program strategy and lifecycle plan for Iovance's tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy platform across multiple indications globally. Responsibilities: develop cross-functional program vision, collaborate with leadership and SMEs to establish best practices, oversee program milestones, coordinate across teams (Development, Commercial, Regulatory), facilitate decision-making, manage risks, and ensure alignment with company strategy. Additional duties include defining disease area strategy, advocating internally and externally, and ensuring effective communication. Requirements: Bachelor's in a scientific discipline; 15+ years in biopharma with at least 5 years in leadership roles such as Program or Lifecycle Leader; deep knowledge of drug development processes, including clinical phases and commercialization; experience in biotech/pharma strategy and program management. Preferred skills: strong leadership in matrix organizations, excellent communication with multidisciplinary teams, organizational awareness, change management, and innovation leadership. High-value: senior-level biopharma experience, strategic oversight of cell therapy modalities, global program scope, experience guiding assets through development and commercialization phases, and stakeholder management.
