Executive Director, Lifecycle Lead

Role: Executive Director, Lifecycle Lead, overseeing the full development and lifecycle management of cell therapy programs for autoimmune diseases, with a focus on biologics. Responsibilities: lead integrated asset strategies spanning research, clinical development, process validation, commercialization, and lifecycle expansion; partner across functions including Research, Clinical, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Commercial; direct manufacturing readiness, supply chain, and regulatory submissions; guide platform technology advancement and global program planning. Qualifications: PhD or advanced degree; 10+ years in biopharma with experience in biologics, autoimmune, oncology, or hematology; proven leadership in drug development, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory filings (NDA/BLA); international experience preferred. High-Value: biologics, autoimmune indications, cell therapy modalities, lifecycle management from research to post-marketing, regulatory strategy, and global coordination. Work setup: Remote (West Coast preferred); no travel specified.
