Executive Director, Human Resources (Cell Therapy Development & Operations)

Responsibilities:
- Role model BMS values (Integrity, Innovation, Urgency, Passion, Accountability, Inclusion).
- Partner with SVP CTDO and leadership to drive business performance and enterprise collaboration.
- Translate business strategy/organizational needs into org solutions (organizational design, inclusion & diversity, succession & talent management, culture change).
- Collaborate across HR operating model (COEs, People Services) to deliver value across the enterprise.
- Apply systems thinking plus data/metrics to drive business performance.
- Shape and lead change management to deliver organizational solutions, programs, and deliverables.

Qualifications:
- 15+ years HR experience (preferably multinational).
- Experience in innovation-driven companies; led introduction of new technologies or created new categories.
- College/university degree (advanced degree preferred).

Competencies/Skills:
- HR business partnering; build/lead global diverse HR teams.
- Change management expertise; anticipate and drive needed change.
- Senior leadership and matrix navigation; influence decisions and build alignment globally.
- Ability to work across multiple countries/cultures.
- Translate business strategy into people solutions (workforce planning, engagement, D&I, talent & succession).

Compensation & Benefits:
- $257,040–$311,472; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
