Executive Director Human Resources, Cell Therapy Development & Operations (CTDO)

Responsibilities:
- Role model BMS Values of Integrity, Innovation, Urgency, Passion, Accountability, and Inclusion.
- Partner with the SVP, Cell Therapy Development & Operations, and leadership team to drive business performance and foster collaboration and innovation.
- Translate business strategy and organizational needs into organizational solutions including organizational design, inclusion and diversity, succession and talent management, and culture change.
- Collaborate across the HR Operating Model (COEs, People Services) to articulate business needs and deliver enterprise-wide value.
- Champion systems thinking and use of data and metrics to drive business performance.
- Shape and lead change management efforts to deliver organizational solutions, programs, and deliverables.

Required experience:
- 15+ years of HR experience, preferably in multinational businesses.
- Preferred: experience in innovation-driven companies; led through introduction of new technologies or creation of new categories.

Degree/Certification/Licensure:
- College/University degree (advanced degree preferred).

Competencies / skills:
- Business partnering: HR business partner experience; ability to build and lead global diverse teams.
- Change champion: experience developing and implementing change management; proactively anticipate and manage business issues.
- Senior leader and matrix navigation: influence senior decision-making; work effectively in matrixed, global cross-functional environments.
- Multi-cultural citizenship.
- Translating business strategy into people solutions: workforce planning, engagement strategies, D&I strategies, talent and succession management.

Compensation & benefits (if applicable to role):
- Compensation range: $257,040 - $311,472.
- Health coverage (medical, pharmacy, dental, vision); wellbeing support; financial wellbeing/protection (401(k), disability, life insurance, etc.); paid time off (flexible time off/unlimited with manager approval for US exempt; vacation/holidays for certain roles); additional time off may include sick time, volunteer days, summer hours, leaves of absence, and annual Global Shutdown.
