Executive Director, Head of Real-World Analytics and Programming

Role: Lead development and strategic execution of Revolution Medicines' real-world analytics and programming functions, focusing on generating decision-ready evidence across the product lifecycle in oncology. Responsibilities: set enterprise strategies, oversee study design and analysis of RWD sources (claims, EHR, registries, omics data), establish methodological standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Clinical, HEOR, IT), and lead high-performing teams. Ensure scientific rigor, regulatory compliance, and support for regulatory submissions, safety, and value-based decisions. Requirements: PhD or equivalent in epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field; 15+ years in pharma/biotech RWE programs; deep expertise in RWD sources, analytic tools (R, SAS, Python), and advanced methods (causal inference, AI/ML). Preferred: oncology RWE experience, publication record, familiarity with regulatory engagement, experience with genomic/targeted therapies.
