Executive Director, Head of Procurement

Role: Head of Procurement leading Revolution Medicines' enterprise procurement function to support R&D, clinical, manufacturing, and commercial growth. Responsibilities: develop and execute procurement strategy; mature procurement operating model; oversee governance, policies, and transformation initiatives; lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and vendor governance; enhance procurement processes and systems; and lead procurement team development. Requirements: Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; 10+ years in procurement/supply chain with 5+ years in leadership, preferably in biotech or pharma; experience scaling procurement functions in high-growth biopharma environments; proficiency with procurement systems like Coupa or Netsuite; strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project execution skills. Preferred: experience supporting R&D, clinical, manufacturing, and outsourcing (CMOs/CDMOs); procurement transformation in biotech; procurement analytics; certifications such as CPSM or CPM.
