Executive Director, Head of Enterprise Applications

Role: Lead enterprise application strategy and operations for Revance’s commercial and business systems, including ERP (Aptean Ross), CRM (IQVIA OCE), Salesforce clouds, contact center, payment gateways, and marketing platforms. Responsibilities: oversee support, development, and integration of core applications; build and lead a team of analysts, architects, and project managers; manage third-party vendors; define data architecture; drive continuous improvement via AI, automation, and best practices; lead business process re-engineering, change management, and support model maturity aiming for zero incidents; ensure regulatory compliance and security. Requirements: 12+ years in IT, 6+ years leading enterprise application teams; hands-on expertise with ERP, Salesforce multi-cloud, CRM, contact center platforms; experience implementing major ERP/CRM replatforms; proven leadership managing teams and vendors; strong knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, and quality practices; bachelor’s degree in CS or related, with advanced degrees preferred.
