Executive Director & Head Clinical Data Management

Role: Executive Director & Head of Clinical Data Management at Annexon Biosciences, overseeing data acquisition, quality, and strategy for late-stage clinical trials in neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases. Responsibilities: lead a team of data managers and technology specialists, develop and execute clinical data management strategies aligned with GCP/GCDMP, oversee outsourcing and vendor governance, and serve on the Biometrics leadership team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 12+ years in clinical data management within biopharma, experience with industry delivery models and sponsor oversight, expertise in EDC, eSource, eCOA, IRT, and deep knowledge of GCP/GCDMP. Preferred: strong communication, regulatory interpretation, leadership, strategic thinking, and industry awareness. High-Value: leadership in clinical data management for late-phase trials, therapeutic focus on neuroinflammatory/neurodegenerative conditions, experience with regulatory submissions, and hybrid work setup with onsite collaboration in Brisbane, CA.
