Responsibilities:
- Set the vision for Clinical Data Management and build/maintain a best-in-class organization as a strategic partner.
- Provide operational, strategic, and technical direction; maintain ultimate responsibility for all clinical data.
- Lead Clinical Data Management activities from study startup through conduct and closeout (data snapshots, interim and final database locks).
- Design and deploy CDM operating models (full outsourcing, hybrid, and in-house).
- Ensure CDM strategies align with GCP and GCDMP and incorporate best practices and innovation.
- Define sponsor oversight for outsourced studies (operating model, oversight planning/execution, vendor governance, risk management, documentation).
- Codify departmental procedural framework (operating model, process definitions, SOPs/WIs, best/expected practices).
- Serve on Biometrics leadership team; provide expert guidance to project teams and executive leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally to advance products; contribute to a positive, team-focused culture.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree + 12+ years in pharma/biotech CDM leadership.
- Extensive CDM delivery model and sponsor oversight experience.
- Experience building/leading high-performing teams and talent development.
- Proficiency with EDC, eSource, eCOA, IRT (etc.).
- Experience leading programs through submission and approval.
- Deep understanding of GCP and GCDMP.
- Solid understanding of eCRF data acquisition best practices.

Skills (Preferred):
- Clear communication and ability to influence; regulatory (FDA/EMA/ICH) interpretation; regulatory submission/approval knowledge.
- Strong judgment/negotiation, emotional intelligence, leadership and business awareness.
- Strategic/creative mindset; comfort balancing process with efficiency.

Compensation:
- $301,500–$330,000 salary range.
