Executive Director, Global Project Leader - Hematology Oncology

Role: Lead the development and execution of product strategies for hematology-oncology therapies, overseeing from preclinical candidate selection through Phase 3 clinical trials and regulatory submissions. Responsibilities: develop strategic and integrated project plans, manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters; lead portfolio decision-making and stakeholder communication; oversee all aspects of clinical, translational, regulatory, and CMC development; and ensure alignment with disease area strategies. Requirements: MD or PhD with at least 8 years in industry; extensive experience in hematology/oncology drug development across early and late phases; strong regulatory knowledge; proven leadership in matrixed environments with success in cross-functional collaboration; excellent organizational, project management, and influencing skills; high integrity.
