Global Program Head (Immunology)
Role Responsibilities:
- Build and lead Strategic Program Teams for long-term, end-to-end integrated program strategy
- Drive scientific rigor and innovation into program development strategies
- Orchestrate execution of program deliverables and governance interactions across functions
- Hold sub-teams and their leads accountable for program strategy, plans, and timelines
- Maintain financial oversight of program budgets and development costs
- Identify and align key stakeholders across Regeneron and partner organizations throughout the program lifecycle
- Oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, making decisions informed by cross-functional input
- Coach and support professional development of Strategic Program Team members
Qualifications:
- MD, PhD, or PharmD
- 10β15 years of experience in broad drug development in Immunology or autoimmunity
- Deep knowledge of overall development of molecules for relevant disease areas
- Expert knowledge of the competitive landscape and general regulatory requirements for drug approval
- Experience or knowledge of biologics and alternative therapeutic modalities (preferred)

- $285,600.00 - $475,900.00
