Executive Director, Global Program Head, Immunology

Role: Global Program Head in Immunology at Regeneron, leading integrated strategy for ophthalmic disease therapies from pre-IND to BLA submission. Responsibilities: build and oversee Strategic Program Teams, drive scientific innovation, ensure cross-functional execution, manage budgets, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and team development. Requirements: MD, PhD, or PharmD; 10-15 years in drug development within Immunology or autoimmunity; in-depth knowledge of molecule development, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment; biologics/modality expertise preferred.
