Executive Director, Global Oracle Fusion ERP Deployment Lead

Role: Executive Director, Oracle Fusion Global Lead, responsible for end-to-end delivery and strategic management of Regeneron's largest technology transformation involving Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and HCM. Objectives include aligning platform strategy with enterprise goals, modernizing global operating models, and optimizing platform performance and data governance. Responsibilities encompass leading global teams, overseeing program governance, managing vendor relations, and ensuring SOX-compliant, scalable operations. Qualifications: BS/BA in Computer Science or related field; 17+ years in enterprise applications, with extensive experience in large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, global ERP transformations, and cross-functional leadership. Preferred: MS or MBA, deep Oracle Fusion architecture expertise, recent hands-on knowledge of Oracle platform releases, and experience with SAP is advantageous.
