Executive Director, Global Oncology β Bladder Cancer
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and lead global Bladder Cancer portfolio strategy, including end-to-end commercial strategy across the lifecycle.
- Translate scientific/clinical data into differentiated value propositions and strategy frameworks; use customer/competitor/standard-of-care insights.
- Develop and lead global pan-tumor asset strategy (brand development, L3 planning, lifecycle management, launch readiness).
- Partner with R&D and Precision Medicine on biomarker strategy, cross-functional priorities, and commercialization roadmap.
- Lead global launch planning/execution and lifecycle management (positioning, messaging, go-to-market frameworks; sales forecast guidance; indication expansions/evidence generation).
- Provide commercial leadership into clinical development/evidence plans; assess external BD opportunities; proactively adjust to competitive landscape changes.
- Drive cross-functional/cross-regional alignment with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Clinical Dev, HEOR, Manufacturing, IP/Legal, Competitive Intelligence, Finance, and regional/local marketing.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Required: Bachelorβs degree.
- Required experience: 12+ years in pharmaceutical commercial roles; 2+ years in global marketing.
- Required skills: strategy/portfolio/brand planning and execution in regulated environments; team leadership; global market knowledge; communicate complex concepts to senior leadership; analytical/financial acumen; cross-functional alignment.
- Preferred: oncology experience; new/pipeline product planning; global launch planning/execution; experience across regions/cultures.
Education/Skills: Strong collaboration, influence without authority, solution-oriented/accountability.
Travel: Up to 25%.
Location: Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA.
