Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategy with portfolio needs, champion innovation, and implement process improvements. Qualifications: 12+ years in pharma/biotech with significant experience in drug development and medical study operations; proven success in building operational organizations from scratch. Education: degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related. Skills: deep regulatory and GCP knowledge, cross-portfolio enterprise experience, strategic leadership, stakeholder influence.
