Executive Director, Global Medical Neuroscience, Psychiatry, Mood Disorders Medical Product Lead

Role: Executive Director, Global Medical Strategy (Mood Disorder Medical Product Lead), overseeing worldwide medical planning and execution for psychiatric and mood disorder treatments. Responsibilities: lead and develop the global medical strategy team, coordinate cross-functional collaborations with Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, HEOR, and other stakeholders, manage late-life cycle activities, and lead regional medical strategies in key markets. Develop medical data generation plans, maintain KOL relationships, and provide scientific expertise on psychiatry trends and unmet needs. Qualifications: advanced degree (PhD, MD, DO, PharmD, etc.), 10-15+ years in pharmaceutical development with at least 4 years in medical affairs specific to Psychiatry/mood disorders; experience in global environments, strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
