Summary:
Executive Director, Global HEOR – Cell Therapy. Lead global alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and a high-performing globally integrated HEOR team. Translate complex clinical, real-world, and economic evidence into clear, actionable strategies to inform senior leadership decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive global HEOR/evidence generation strategy across Cell Therapy lifecycle (pipeline through in-line), aligned to product strategy, market access, and commercialization priorities.
- Lead end-to-end evidence generation and value demonstration; oversee design, execution, and dissemination of HEOR studies (RWE, economic modeling, HCRU, PROs) for regulatory, payer, and HTA decision needs.
- Advance innovative data and RWE capabilities via registry/claims/EHR linkages to generate insights on outcomes, durability, and total cost of care.
- Translate evidence into access, pricing, and value strategy; embed HEOR into cross-functional decision-making with Market Access, Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Policy teams.
- Generate real-world and economic evidence to support broader adoption beyond academic centers and diverse care settings.
- Lead external engagement: HEOR publications, congress presentations, and thought-leader partnerships with HTA stakeholders and policy influencers.
- Build and lead the global HEOR team; develop talent, provide training, and foster continuous learning.
- Own portfolio prioritization, budgets, execution, and evidence gap closure.
Qualifications (required/preferred):
- PhD/PharmD/MPH/MS in health economics, epidemiology, public health, or related field.
- 10–15+ years HEOR/RWE experience in pharma.
- Expertise in study design/execution (RWE), economic modeling, PROs, and HTA strategy; cell therapy preferred.
- Strong global market access knowledge (US payer and ex-US HTA).
- Ability to translate complex data into decision-ready insights; influence regulatory/HTA/publications.
- Proven cross-functional leadership and experience with advanced data platforms (registry/claims/EHR).
