Executive Director, Global Commercial Precision Medicine & Companion Diagnostics

Role: Serve as the Global Commercial Lead for Precision Medicine & Companion Diagnostics in a late-stage clinical oncology setting, focusing on RAS-mutant cancers. Responsibilities: develop and execute global strategies integrating biomarker development, patient identification, diagnostic testing, and stakeholder engagement; collaborate across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and external diagnostic partners; lead market development, evidence strategies, and launch readiness; build diagnostic partnerships and drive testing adoption. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 15+ years in biotech/pharma with expertise in oncology precision medicine, companion diagnostics, and global commercialization; proven success in strategy development, diagnostic ecosystems, and cross-functional leadership; strong understanding of regulatory and reimbursement landscapes. Preferred: advanced scientific or business degrees, experience with biomarker-driven solid tumors, global diagnostic network development, and leadership in rapid-growth biotech environments. High-Value: focus on targeted therapies for RAS-mutant cancers, global launch strategy, biomarker and diagnostic innovation, up to 50% travel.
