Position Overview
- Lead all FP&A activities supporting Global Product Supply (GPS), with primary accountability for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Pharmaceutical Development, and Technical Operations.
- Own the GPS financial planning calendar (Budget, Forecast, Long-Range Planning, Actuals) and serve as strategic finance partner to senior GPS leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all GPS FP&A activities (manufacturing sites and supply chain operations).
- Own end-to-end financial planning cycle (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis).
- Define and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and standardized reporting.
- Drive FP&A process continuous improvement, simplification, and automation.
- Serve as primary finance business partner to SVP Finance GPS; provide scenario modeling/analytics for decisions, investment prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Ensure financial governance and adherence to internal controls; lead preparation/presentation of financial results and business cases.
- Identify financial risks/opportunities with actionable recommendations.
- Lead FP&A transformation (advanced analytics, digital enablement, process harmonization); partner to enhance forecasting and integrated planning.
- Build and develop a high-performing GPS FP&A/business partnering organization; lead succession planning and capability building.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 15+ years progressive finance experience, including senior leadership supporting manufacturing/supply chain.
- Deep FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic business partnership expertise in life sciences/pharma.
- Strong analytical/strategic thinking and executive communication; proven influence with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated transformation success in complex global matrixed organizations.

Compensation & Benefits (if eligible)
- $244,210โ€“$295,919; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
