Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with legislators, congressional staff, the administration, federal agencies, and external partners.
- Leverage relationships with congressional leadership and key committees to advance policy priorities.
- Work cross-functionally to drive legislative priorities through strategic engagement, continuous improvement, and innovative stakeholder outreach.
- Build understanding of company mission, product pipeline, and therapeutic areas.
- Support internal communications and employee education related to government relations and advocacy.
- Manage external consultants; represent the company in coalitions and external organizations.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Required Experience & Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in U.S. public policy or advocacy (preferably healthcare). Strong knowledge of the congressional process (private-sector and Capitol Hill experience strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare public policy processes and stakeholder roles/influence.
- Ability to identify strategic priorities and work effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Experience managing external consultants.
- Collaborative experience across teams and organizations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
