The Executive Director will lead clinical development evaluations of external opportunities to expand the Oncology, Hematology, and Cell Therapy pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee assessments for licensing, acquisitions, and partnerships
• Supervise program leads
• Ensure high-quality clinical assessments and development plans
• Identify risks
• Present data-driven recommendations to BMS leadership

Requirements:

• MD, PhD, or Pharm D
• At least 8 years of experience in clinical oncology and development
• Strong analytical skills
