The role involves regulatory compliance (Title V, wastewater), infrastructure resilience, digital transformation, and workforce development. Required qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, advanced degree preferred, 10+ years in complex, regulated environments (e.g., pharma, biologics, chemical manufacturing), with demonstrated enterprise leadership and experience managing large budgets and unionized teams. Technical expertise in utilities, manufacturing automation (BMS), and cGMP standards is essential. Preferred skills include Lean/Six Sigma certifications, experience in negotiations with municipal agencies, and a track record in environmental and safety compliance. The position reports to the AVP, GWES Pennsylvania Operations, and offers a hybrid work setup with travel expectations aligned with site needs.
