Role: Executive Director, Clinical Development for Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL), leading the strategic and scientific direction of the program. Responsibilities: oversee early-phase trials (first-in-human, dose-escalation, expansion, proof-of-concept), develop integrated clinical plans, lead protocol design and data interpretation, support regulatory submissions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including translational science, biomarker, regulatory, and CMC. Supervise clinical teams, drive high-quality data generation for potential registration, and represent the program internally and externally. Requirements: MD or MD-PhD with board certification in hematology or oncology; at least 6 years in clinical development, with substantial experience in hematologic malignancies, especially NHL. Experience with cell therapies, CAR-T, immuno-oncology modalities, and regulatory interactions is highly preferred. Skills include trial design, biomarker integration, regulatory writing, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and strategic leadership. High-Value: focus on hematology/oncology, cell therapy, immuno-oncology, early to late-stage clinical trials, IND contributions, and global matrix team leadership. Location: Somerset, New Jersey, with up to 20% travel.
