Role: Executive Director of Early Clinical Development, leading the strategic planning and operational execution of clinical programs for Revolution Medicines' RAS(ON) inhibitors in oncology. Responsibilities: oversee clinical trial design, site management, data interpretation, regulatory interactions, and cross-functional team leadership; develop and implement development strategies aligned with scientific and regulatory goals; manage stakeholder relationships and ensure milestone achievement from early trials to potential regulatory submissions. Requirements: MD, PhD, or equivalent with 13+ years in pharma/biotech or academia; extensive experience in clinical trial design, early-phase drug development (Phase 1), regulatory interactions, and multi-disciplinary leadership; strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA, EMA guidelines; proven track record of successful clinical development and regulatory submissions; excellent strategic, communication, and leadership skills.
