Executive Director, Digital & Technology - Law, Security, Compliance

Role: Executive Director overseeing digital and technology portfolios for Law, Security, and Compliance at Regeneron, with cross-portfolio accountability for G&A and Commercial Digital functions. Responsibilities: define and implement multi-year technology strategy and transformation roadmap; lead platforms supporting legal operations, contract management, governance, risk, compliance, privacy, investigations, and security; build and develop a high-performing technology team; drive operational improvements including automation, analytics, system reliability, and AI strategies; standardize global processes and oversee vendor management, cybersecurity, audit readiness, and portfolio governance. Requirements: BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; 17+ years of progressive technology leadership supporting regulated functions such as legal, security, compliance, GRC, or privacy; strong expertise in enterprise platforms supporting legal and security workflows; judgment to remain platform-agnostic. Preferred: MS, JD, or MBA; experience with enterprise legal, security, and compliance platforms; knowledge of AI and automation in regulated environments. High-Value: focus on legal, security, compliance, GRC, privacy, investigations, and enterprise workflow systems; leadership in technology transformation; global process standardization; cybersecurity and audit preparedness. Work Setup: based in Sleepy Hollow, NY, minimum 4 days/week onsite.
