Role: Executive Director responsible for shaping and executing the technology strategy and multi-year roadmap supporting HR, Corporate Affairs, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Investor Relations, and Strategic Alliances at Regeneron. Primary objectives include aligning technology investments with enterprise priorities, modernizing platforms, and driving innovation using AI, automation, and analytics. Responsibilities encompass ownership of the Workday platform, delivering solutions for talent management, business development, and alliance management, and building a high-performing global tech organization. The role involves overseeing vendor management, cybersecurity, data privacy, and platform resilience to ensure scalable, secure enterprise solutions. Qualifications: BS/BA in relevant field; 17+ years in HR technology leadership, with deep expertise in Workday architecture, integrations, and large-scale HCM programs; MS or MBA preferred. High-value: extensive HR tech experience, especially Workday; familiarity with business development and strategic functions; proven influence with senior leadership; experience in healthcare/pharma tech environment advantageous. Location: onsite in Sleepy Hollow, NY, four days/week.
