Executive Director - Data Management, Analytics, AI & Architecture

Role: Executive Director of Data Management, Analytics, and Architecture at Regeneron, responsible for developing and executing the multi-year strategy to advance enterprise data, AI, and analytics capabilities across Commercial and G&A functions. Responsibilities include building scalable data architectures, establishing governance standards, modernizing data ecosystems via cloud platforms, and driving AI and automation initiatives to enhance business decision-making, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The leader also oversees vendor relationships, data security, and promotes data-driven culture across global teams. Requirements: BS/BA in CS, Data Science, or related; 17+ years in data management, architecture, or analytics, preferably within regulated environments like biotech or pharma; deep expertise in data platforms, governance, and enterprise architecture; understanding of AI, ML, responsible AI practices, and relevant regulatory frameworks. Preferred: MS, PhD, MBA; experience with GxP, NIST AI RMF, ISO standards; strong influence skills to engage senior leadership; experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, Security.
