Executive Director, Data & AI

Role: Lead the development and execution of Revance's enterprise-wide Data & AI platform, focusing on building a connected intelligence system to drive commercial growth. Responsibilities: design scalable data architecture with knowledge graphs, entity resolution, and AI/ML models; operationalize a trusted insights ecosystem; embed AI-driven insights into CRM, digital channels, and workflows; lead the AI & Insights team; oversee data governance, quality, and compliance; collaborate with vendors and internal teams for platform scalability and reliability. Qualifications: 10+ years in data, analytics, and AI; 5+ years leading data/AI teams; proven success in building revenue-driving intelligence systems, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated sectors. Technical expertise: enterprise graph strategy, knowledge graphs, DataOps/MLOps (Python, dbt, Airflow), AI/ML deployment, and platform modernization. HighValue: experience operationalizing recommendation systems at scale, familiarity with loyalty, CRM, and omnichannel personalization, healthcare or life sciences background preferred.
