Summary:
Executive Director owns, from a Commercialization perspective, Bristol Myers Squibb’s CRM enablement capabilities. Defines and executes the product roadmap enabling coordinated, compliant, personalized engagement across Oncology, Cardiovascular, and Neurology.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision/roadmap for commercialization CRM, marketing automation, and orchestration (e.g., CRM, Marketing Cloud, CDP).
- Lead platform configuration, build, and optimization; define reusable templates/components/assets.
- Manage platform data, segmentation, and personalization (data structures, tagging/taxonomy, consent/preferences, identifiers, data quality).
- Integrate CRM/MA with orchestration engine and analytics; enable next-best-engagement logic; ensure closed-loop measurement.
- Own adoption, training, and change management; drive user feedback/continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance, privacy, and quality standards (SOPs, documentation, access controls, audit trails; issue management).
- Lead and develop the team; manage vendors/partners and budget within scope.
- Define and track KPIs; quantify business impact and use insights to refine roadmap and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years in pharma/biotech/life sciences; strong background in commercial/field ops, omnichannel orchestration analysis, or digital transformation.
- 10+ years managing cross-functional programs/teams.
- Bachelor’s required; MBA/MS preferred.
- Proven leadership delivering CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva/Salesforce) and integration with marketing automation.
- Strong business analysis, communication, and ability to guide scalable solutions.
- Direct field experience strongly preferred (e.g., District Business Manager).
