About The Role
Strong strategic leader for Contracts, Pricing & Trade responsible for in-line product pricing, pipeline pricing, payer and channel contracting, chargeback/rebate operations, government price reporting, and gross-to-net (GTN) forecasting; also leads NS channel & trade strategy/operations. Leads and operates the Pricing Committee (PC) and pricing actions, transparency analysis/reports, and all government price reporting. Collaborates with Market Access and commercial leadership to drive pricing/contracting strategy across payers, 3PL, specialty pharmacy, and specialty distributors. Accountable for contracting operations capabilities, including rebate processing/reporting systems and GTN management; key role in government pricing strategy, reporting/compliance, and trade/pharmacy/distribution management.
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Government price calculations and reporting (e.g., AMP, BP, FCP, 340B/PHS, ANFAMP, NFAMP), IRA impact monitoring; state price transparency work group and documentation of processes.
- Pricing research and in-line/pipeline pricing actions; lead/operate Pricing Committee approval governance.
- GTN forecasting: quarterly GTN review, finance collaboration on forecast/actual drivers; forecasting for inline and upcoming launches; discount forecasting for access/reimbursement segments.
- Access strategy, contracting and operations: analytical tools/models for deal vs. no-deal; metrics for market access performance; define strategy for Part D bids, Commercial, Medicaid, DoD/VA, GPO, LTC, and distribution; oversee rebate operations and 3PL provider.
- Trade strategy & operations: trade/channel strategy; trade operations (order processing, inventory, returns, pharmacy network); wholesaler/distributor contracting; negotiate/contract with distribution/channel to minimize GTN impact; select trade/channel partners and track performance.
- Landscape/government regulations: translate policy changes into operational impact analysis/recommendations.
- Mentor/coach direct reports.

Requirements
- BS/BA in Engineering, Science, or Business with 17+ years related pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience (MBA preferred) OR Masterβs with 15+ years OR PhD with 12+ years.
- Extensive managerial experience.
- Trusted advisor; provides strategy/vision with company-wide impact; deep functional and broad business knowledge.
- Proven leadership influencing C-suite; manage/mentor/train and motivate teams.
- Extensive commercial pricing & contracting expertise; diversified experience ideally across Medicaid, specialty pharmacy, and trade/distribution (3PL).
- Ability to build systems for gross-to-net calculations, contract development/administration, and contract reporting.
- Demonstrated government price reporting and Medicare/Medicaid rebate execution/management.
- Strong vendor management; strong collaboration on contract management/execution.
Benefits
- Annual base salary: $269,500.00β$368,000.00; annual bonus target 35% of earned base salary; eligibility for equity-based long-term incentive.
