Executive Director, Computational Systems Biology

Role: Executive Director and Head of Research Computational Biology, leading systems biology and preclinical computational initiatives for oncology therapeutics targeting RAS mutations. Responsibilities: develop long-term strategies, oversee a team of computational biologists, drive data integration and analysis using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), employ AI/ML and generative AI models for biomarker discovery and target identification, foster cross-functional collaboration from discovery to clinical phases, manage external partnerships, and contribute to IP strategy. Qualifications: Ph.D. in systems biology, computational biology, or bioinformatics; 15+ years in pharma/biotech with management experience; expertise in multi-omics data analysis, single-cell transcriptomics, spatial omics, and oncology research; advanced programming in R, Python, with HPC and cloud proficiency; proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams and strategic planning.
