Executive Director, Commercial Insights and Analytics (I&A), Neurology
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the CSI&A Neurology team to deliver business analytics, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to solve key business problems
- Set strategic I&A direction aligned to CBU priorities and launch excellence
- Provide I&A expertise to Neurology CBU and CSI&A leadership; drive cross-commercial innovation and best-in-class delivery
- Translate complex analyses into insights and recommendations for business decisions
- Develop and implement novel methodologies/frameworks to inform launch plans and enhance brand differentiation
- Collaborate on commercialization roadmap; lead insight identification to inform Neurology CBU strategic plans
- Standardize adoption of capabilities (e.g., marketing mix, promotional optimization, data science, market structure analyses, patient/treatment flow modeling, analog modeling, ML/AI)
- Proactively communicate recommendations; deliver integrated business reviews/I&A summaries; manage third-party vendors
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- 20+ years pharma/biotech commercial experience; launch brand experience in highly competitive markets
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, public health, statistics, engineering, or related field
- Expertise in business analytics, customer insights, analog forecasting, market access, competitive intelligence
- Experience managing I&A groups across analytics, customer insights, market access analytics, and competitive intelligence
- Knowledge of pharma/biotech legal/regulatory commercialization environment; data industry standards
- Proven ability to influence/communicate/negotiatate across functions; strong project/time management; data visualization & storytelling; strong interpersonal/facilitation skills
Preferred:
- Master’s (MBA/MPH/MS); Neurology disease category experience; forecasting/launch analogs
Compensation/Benefits (explicitly stated):
- Salary range: $255,000.00–$424,900.00; benefits may include medical/dental/vision/life/disability, 401(k) match, equity, annual bonuses, PTO, paid leaves
