Role: Executive Director, Clinical Supply Chain, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for global clinical supply activities across all development phases. Responsibilities: define and execute supply chain strategy aligned with pipeline goals; oversee demand forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, and supply continuity of investigational and comparator medicinal products; collaborate with Clinical Operations, PDM, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to ensure compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness; lead team building, mentorship, and performance management. Requirements: Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences; 20+ years in pharma supply chain, with 5+ years in leadership; strong knowledge of cGMP, demand/supply planning, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. Preferred: experience with outsourced manufacturing (CMOs), proven leadership, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple projects in complex environments.
