Role: Executive Director, Clinical Development (Inflammation & Immunology), leading strategy and execution for complex asset portfolios, including Phase 3 and early indications. Responsibilities: develop TPP and CDP, shape clinical strategies across indications, lead cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, safety, biometrics, medical affairs), oversee clinical trial design, conduct, and reporting, and serve as the external scientific representative, engaging with regulators, key opinion leaders, and scientific forums. Qualifications: MD or DO with 8+ years in biopharma, with preferred expertise in immunology or benign hematology, and experience leading Phase 2/3 programs. Preferred: board certification in hematology/rheumatology, regulatory experience, strong leadership, and communication skills.
