Role: Executive Director, Clinical Development (MD), specializing in multiple myeloma, leading cell therapy programs. Objectives include designing and overseeing clinical trial portfolios, developing development strategies, and collaborating with external partners. Responsibilities: direct clinical trial design, data analysis, regulatory documentation, and scientific communications; represent products in cross-functional committees; lead or oversee clinical monitoring, study reporting, and external scientific engagement; develop external relationships and support business evaluations. Requirements: MD/DO with 8+ years in clinical/scientific drug development, with experience in biopharma, oncology, and cellular therapy; familiarity with late-phase (Phases 2-3) studies and regulatory standards (GxP, ICH). Preferred: board certification in hematology/medical oncology, prior leadership in cell therapy, multiple myeloma expertise, and experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets. High-Value: focus on cell therapy, multiple myeloma, late-stage clinical trials, regulatory interactions, and external scientific representation. Work setup: location flexibility with travel as needed.
