Qualifications: MD or equivalent, ideally Board Certified or Eligible, with approximately 10 years of relevant medical, clinical, or research experience, including industry experience across multiple development phases. Expertise in neurology, psychiatry, or rare diseases, with proven leadership in cross-functional teams and regulatory environments, is preferred. High-value biopharma specifics involve neuropsychiatric disorders, rare diseases, and clinical trial phases from early to late-stage development. The role requires frequent collaboration with global stakeholders, including investigators and regulatory agencies, and may involve domestic and international travel. Location: hybrid model based in San Diego, CA, San Francisco, CA, or Princeton, NJ, requiring an average of three days onsite per week.
