Executive Director, Clinical Development

Role: Executive Director, Clinical Development, leading the strategy for early-stage oncology programs at Tango Therapeutics. Responsibilities: provide strategic oversight of clinical trial design, regulatory planning, and execution for the company's pipeline, particularly TNG456; mentor Medical Directors; develop regulatory documents (INDs, CTAs, protocols); foster external relationships with KOLs and represent Tango at scientific forums; collaborate cross-functionally with Translational Medicine, Biometrics, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to ensure operational excellence. Requirements: MD with Board Certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology; 11+ years in oncology clinical development across early and late phases; deep expertise in targeted therapy trials; proven leadership in building high-performing teams; comprehensive knowledge of GxP, FDA, and global regulatory standards.
