Key Responsibilities:
- Own the integrated Channel Strategy for in-line and pipeline brands; develop portfolio channel contract strategies aligned with Business Unit sales goals and customer needs, and ensure cross-functional support.
- Manage a team of Directors and Associate Directors; provide feedback, motivation, and leadership to achieve common access and sales goals.
- Create and implement contract strategies that build long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
- Build senior-level relationships with large accounts and stakeholders; interface with key customers to understand needs and issues; recruit customer sources to generate competitive intelligence and insights.
- Lead pricing and contracting for assigned new and in-line products across the commercialization continuum to optimize patient access and profitability.
- Develop contracting and channel strategies that lead to negotiation and implementation of customer contract/pricing programs with distribution entities.
- Collaborate with Market Access Strategy, brand teams, and pipeline colleagues to prepare the organization for new product launches across relevant customer segments.
- Contribute to the Channel Strategy leadership team to execute market access functional strategy.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 9+ years pharmaceutical industry experience or consulting experience with significant experience in at least 2 of: Channel Strategy, Finance, Pricing, or Market Access.
- Proficiency (or ability to become proficient) with emerging technologies, specifically ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence.
- Deep understanding of US healthcare economics and drivers of pharmaceutical demand (including pricing and reimbursement).
- Extensive healthcare contracting experience and strong understanding of PBMs; National/Regional Health Plan business; Medicare Part D and Part B.
- Ability to design, build, and analyze financial data for business cases; consider sensitivities; present to executive leadership.
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to solve complex processes.
- Ability to lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
- Ability to navigate and lead others in complex business, legal, and operational environments.
