What You Will Do
- Drive strategy, performance, and innovation across Nplate, Vectibix, and Lumakras within the Lifecycle Value Lab (LVL).
- Lead a highly matrixed, cross-functional team to identify growth opportunities, run disciplined experiments, and convert findings into sustained performance across traditional and emerging channels.
- Shape LVL culture, operating model, and long-term evolution.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy & Business Performance
- Lead overall commercial strategy, performance, and experimentation for Nplate, Vectibix, and Lumakras.
- Advance integrated brand strategies to maximize patient impact across the lifecycle.
- Set portfolio priorities, performance objectives, and success metrics aligned with enterprise goals.
- Own portfolio forecasting, business planning, resource allocation, and investment decisions.

Test-and-Learn Leadership & Commercial Innovation
- Build and execute a portfolio-wide experimentation agenda to generate actionable, scalable commercial capabilities.
- Foster a learning culture that embraces intelligent risk-taking.
- Evaluate and adopt AI-enabled capabilities; ensure learnings are captured, shared, and scaled.

Omnichannel & Field Force Excellence
- Lead integrated promotional strategy across sales, digital, media, and emerging channels.
- Partner with Sales Leadership; optimize channel mix using data-driven decision-making and experimentation.

Cross-Functional Enterprise Leadership
- Lead an integrated matrix team across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, Digital, Analytics, Patient Support, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Operations.
- Support alignment on strategic priorities and resource decisions.

Organizational Leadership & Talent Development
- Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team; create an inclusive environment.
- Coach future commercial leaders; lead through ambiguity.

Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree + 6 years marketing experience OR Master’s + 10 years OR Bachelor’s + 12 years; and 6 years managerial experience directly managing people and/or leading teams, programs, or resource allocation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Lead at scale (multi-brand portfolios; field integration/pull through).
- Experience shaping strategy and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Build/scale modern marketing capabilities and innovation frameworks.
- Data-driven experimentation at scale; lifecycle management/asset optimization.
- Operate in ambiguous, fast-paced, highly matrixed environments; strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Benefits
- Annual salary range (U.S.): $264,534 to $355,194; Total Rewards Plan includes health/welfare, retirement savings, bonus/incentive, stock-based long-term incentives, time-off plans, and flexible work models where possible.
