Executive Director, Biotherapeutics DMPK

Role: Executive Director, Biotherapeutics DMPK-BA, leading strategic direction and scientific execution for DMPK-BA across early research through clinical development stages of biologics, including proteins, antibodies, ADCs, and cell and gene therapies. Responsibilities: develop and implement scientific strategies in PK, ADME, bioanalysis, immunogenicity, and translational PKPD; oversee teams at Boston and Seattle sites; drive cross-functional collaboration; ensure regulatory compliance; and contribute to program decision-making and portfolio shaping. Qualifications: PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field; 15+ years in industry with management experience; proven leadership managing DMPK-BA teams in multiple therapeutic areas, especially biologics and gene/cell therapies; expertise in PK, ADME, immunogenicity, biotransformation, modeling, and regulatory submissions; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
