Role: Executive Director of Biologics Innovation & Strategy, providing strategic scientific leadership for biologics, particularly antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), in oncology. Responsibilities: develop and execute biologics research strategies, guide target assessment, modality selection, and portfolio management; identify emerging technologies; collaborate with discovery, engineering, translational, CMC, regulatory, and clinical teams; evaluate external partnerships; contribute to regulatory documents, including INDs; mentor scientific staff; represent organization externally through publications and conferences. Requirements: PhD in pharmacology, cancer biology, or related field with 15+ years' experience; extensive knowledge of biologics in oncology, especially ADCs; proven research experience from discovery to IND; strong understanding of tumor biology, biomarker strategies, and mechanisms of action for cytotoxins and ADCs. Preferred skills: expertise in ADC platforms, omics data analysis, and bioconjugate issues; strategic thinking with a hands-on approach; excellent communication and leadership skills. High-Value: biologics, ADCs, oncology indications, early development, IND/ post-IND activities, cross-functional collaboration, external partnership evaluation. WorkSetup: primarily laboratory/office environment; travel approximately 10%.
