Role: Executive Director, Asset Strategy Lead and Clinical Lead responsible for strategic leadership of Syndax's early-stage oncology asset, including a Menin Program, spanning development from pre-IND through pivotal studies, regulatory filings, and commercialization. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional asset teams, develop and execute long-term strategies, oversee clinical and regulatory planning, drive portfolio decision-making, and represent the asset at executive and external levels. Collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Development teams to shape product profiles and lifecycle plans; manage governance and stakeholder communication; foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Requirements: advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or business (PhD, MD, MBA preferred); 10+ years in global oncology development, with proven leadership through IND, early, and pivotal stages; experience with BLA/NDA and product launch highly desirable; deep knowledge of oncology therapeutics, regulatory pathways, and commercialization strategies. Preferred skills include strategic acumen, executive presence, strong collaboration and influencing skills, and experience with portfolio management, financial modeling, and external partnerships.
