Executive Director, Analytics Engineering

Role: Senior leader in Analytics Engineering focused on establishing and scaling enterprise analytics capabilities within a biopharma or regulated industry. Responsibilities: develop standards, frameworks, and governance for analytics rigor; create reusable, automated data pipelines and production-grade solutions; enable cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access teams; ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Requirements: Bachelor's or master's in business, computer science, or related field; over 10 years of experience in data and analytics, with demonstrated success in building scalable systems and analytics standards; strong cross-functional experience in life sciences or regulated environments; proficiency with BI tools, data infrastructure, and analytics engineering. Preferred: systems thinking, strategic and operational balance, deep understanding of data lifecycle.
